Vanessa Meurant is a devoted Integrated Logistics Support professional with over 12 years’ experience in Defence, where she has provided specialist logistic advice to projects within the land, maritime and special operations domains.
Vanessa has provided intimate specialist logistic and materiel engineering expertise to enhance capability. Vanessa focuses on being a dedicated team member who fosters harmonious interpersonal relationships whilst promoting and valuing everyone’s contributions.

Manisha Jayawardana
Over 13 years of expertise in Defence project management and is a Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) Realisation Lead specialising in complex programs. Known for taking a strategic perspective, she has successfully developed FIC frameworks, managed procurement processes, and ensured projects meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards. Her career highlights include leading the establishment of a critical framework for the Joint Data Network project and negotiating MAA milestones.
Justin Petersen
Justin is a Project Support professional in the Australian Department of Defence. Leveraging his previous professions as a Colorado Police officer, US Army officer, Australian Army officer and Business Development Manager, he brings a diverse array of leadership, management and planning experience to Zilor Group.
Justin fosters a positive teamwork mentality that has been cultivated through his deployments on humanitarian and combat operations in Haiti and the Middle East. Citing his desire to join a team of positive, motivated individuals, Justin joined Zilor Group in May 2022.

Rebecca is a highly motivated Integrated Logistics Support Practitioner with a background of nearly 9 years in the Australian Army.
Rebecca has developed her skills domestically and operationally and has consistently displayed a depth and breadth of specialist knowledge in Defence supply chain and logistics whilst engaging with stakeholders effectively to achieve project outcomes.
This, combined with her professional nature allows her to integrate into teams with ease making her an asset to the Zilor Group.
